By learning to release mental and physical tension you can regulate your breathing, lower your blood pressure and let go of negative thoughts and emotions.

Nothing is asked of you when you attend the relaxation group, except to sit comfortably and quietly for about 40 minutes. Soothing music is played so you are guided through deep relaxation. A bit of confidence boosting is added as a bonus!
